1.**Booking and Payment：**
– All bookings and payments must be made online through our official website: Bust’aBounce.co.uk.

2.**Cancellation Policy：**
– Full refunds for cancellations are only available if requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. After this period, tickets can be rescheduled for another date.

3.**Waiver Form：**
– Entry to the park is contingent upon the completion and submission of the required waiver form. No person will be permitted without a signed waiver. Anyone entering the park between the ages of 14-18 must have a parent or carer’s consent by them signing the waiver when booking.

4. **Age Restrictions:**
– Individuals under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent, carer, or someone over the age of 16 to enter the park.
– It is essential for parents or guardians to supervise younger children at all times within the park.

5.**Footwear and Attire：**
– Shoes must be removed before entering the park, and socks must be worn.
– Clothing with buckles, studs, or any sharp attachments that could damage the inflatables is not permitted.

6. **Safety Rules:**
– No sharp objects, glasses, or other potentially harmful items are allowed in the park.
– Jumping against the sides of the inflatable structures is strictly prohibited.
– Perform only manoeuvres and tricks within your physical capabilities.
– Observe weight and height restrictions for each inflatable.
– No flipping or somersaults to ensure a safe environment.
– Follow staff instructions promptly for your safety and that of others.
– Do not climb on the netting or attempt to access restricted areas. -In case of adverse weather conditions, follow staff guidance for a sage evacuation.
– Report any unsafe conditions or equipment promptly to park staff.

7. **Enhanced Parental Responsibility:**
– Parents or guardians are not only responsible for supervision but also for ensuring their children understand and adhere to all safety rules.
– Monitor your children’s behaviour to prevent unsafe actions or interactions with others.
– Report any concerns or incidents to park staff immediately.
– Encourage proper hydration and rest breaks to avoid fatigue and reduce the risk of accidents.

By booking and entering Bust’a Bounce Mobile Air Park, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any violation may result in eviction from the premises without a refund.
